BRIDGET BON-NWAKANMA’S DEATH: SAMUELSON IWUOHA MOURNS
Socio-political crusader, Citizen Ikenna Samuelson Iwuoha has
described the passing away of Lady Bridget Bon-Nwakanma, wife of
eminent jurist, Chief Sir Bon-Nwakanma, SAN, on the 1st of September
2015 as a great loss to the people of Imo State, Nigeria and to the
Anglican Christian Community in particular.
In a statement personally signed by the Anti-corruption crusader, he
described the late Lady Bridget Bon-Nwakanma as a peace-maker, home
builder, loving mother, wonderful grandmother and devoted wife to the
husband, children and grand children.
According to Citizen Samuelson, “I have known the Chief Bon-Nwakanma’s
family since 1992. I have a loving and wonderful relationship with the
entire family. The death of Mummy Bridget came to me as huge shock.
Nevertheless, I am consoled by the fact that the woman of God lived a
very good and wonderful life worthy of emulation. She died in Christ.
I am therefore calling on Sir Bon-Nwakanma (SAN) and the children
namely – Ogechi, Obinna, Ikenna, Ngozika, Uchenna, Kelechi and
Ugochukwu and indeed all those who are mourning Lady Bridget
Bon-Nwakanma’s death to bear this irreparable loss in Jesus name ,
Amen”. The Statement concludes.
