The Man Buhari Just Appointed from Lagos to Head FIRS has Fake Doctorate Degree?

According to Sahara, the man President Muhammadu Buhari just appointed to head the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), "Dr" Williams Babatunde Fowler received a fake honorary doctorate degree from a fake "Irish International University", a phony University in England that had been on UK government blacklist since 2005.
