Mrs. Jonathan was in the state to drum support from Edo ladies for her spouse's re-decision crusade.It was learnt that the men climbed the wall where the standards were set and started to force them down when it was the ideal time for the First Woman to convey her address.
As per Punch,Irked by what they termed to be an endeavor to scratch the visit of the President's wife, a few adolescents and policemen wearing marked Shirts, bearing the Change Envoys of Nigeria logo, hailed the men.
It was currently a fermenting fight that some policemen, drafted to the venue of the rally to give security, whisked them away in a police vehicle.
The state Exposure Secretary of the gathering, Mr. Chris Nehikhare, said he had most likely the culprits were sympathizers of the All Progressives Congress.
He asserted that none of the adolescents who had turned out for the occasion would do the demonstration, including that the gathering would examine further.
Nehikhare said,
